Description: Grot is a lesser-known, regional Polish cigarette brand. The pack features a metallic silver background with thin vertical lines and a bold logo depicting an eagle with spread wings. On the top side, the words "Cena na spodzie paczki" (price on the bottom of the pack) are written in yellow letters, typical of economy class cigarettes. The warnings are in Polish, with the words "Minister Zdrowia" (Ministry of Health). The Polish excise stamp is visible on the back.

Value assessment:

  • Collectible value: Low-medium. Due to the unknown brand and rather simple design, this packet is not widely sought after on the international market. However, it is a valuable example in documenting the production of the Polish tobacco industry at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries.

  • Condition assessment: Unopened, original film preserved, package without damage.

  • Historical data and popularity: Grot cigarettes were most likely produced on a local or regional distribution scale. It is not a well-known or prestigious brand even on the Polish market, so their main value lies in the completeness of the collection and its documentation.
