This pack of PEOLCO cigarettes was released in 1969 to mark the 100th anniversary of the first Estonian Song Festival (1869–1969), as indicated by the symbolic mark on the back. The pack is red with an ethnographic bird symbol in the center, and the word „FILTRIGA“ on the side, which means „with filter“ in Estonian. Visually, the design reflects the national heritage and stylistics of the USSR period, combining folk and modernist features. This is one of the clearly identifiable anniversary editions intended for the local Estonian market.
