The illustration in this edition shows „"boleador"“ – a traditional South American gaucho tool, symbolizing the Argentine cowboy culture. The design features a white base with vertical red stripes on the sides and subtle national colors (light blue and white).

On the back there was an advertising text inviting people to participate in a national lottery dedicated to the Bicentennial - the prizes were trips to famous places in Argentina (Calafate, Cataratas, Salta).
Warning below “"El fumar es prejudicial para la salud - Ley N° 23.344"”.

This is one of the few Bicentennial series designs – each packet depicted a different national symbol (e.g. "mate", "boleadoras", "bandera", etc.).
