„"NB"“ (abbreviation from Nava Bharat, meaning "New India") is a classic Indian cigarette brand, manufactured Nava Bharat Tobacco Co. Ltd., Hyderabad. This brand was targeted at the local Indian market as an affordable but quality alternative to filtered cigarettes.
Minimalist design, with horizontal lines with thin black lines on a white background and with a central logo „"NB"“ in red and black letters. Bright at the top red excise sticker with the inscription „20 CIGARETTES.“ This aesthetic is typical of Indian packaging in the 1980s, when most local manufacturers combined simple design with clear branding.
Marked on the side „Made in India“, and in front - „Nava Bharat Filter Kings“. The packaging is still in its original cellophane, with natural oxidation stains due to years of storage.
