„"Северная Пальмира" is a name that symbolically describes Leningrad (present-day St. Petersburg), which poets and writers called "Northern Palmyra". This package features a restrained, elegant design - a light gray background, a golden horizontal line and an illustration of a building of classical architecture (presumably the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange). On the left side of the package is a stylized Rostral Column, one of the most famous symbols of the city. This edition is intended for a higher quality segment, emphasizing the cultural prestige of the city.
