The central part depicts cityscape with setting sun, most likely symbolizing St. Petersburg.
Red advertising inscription at the bottom: „"ВЫИГРАЙ КВАРТИРУ В ТВОЁМ ГОРОДЕ"“ (Win an apartment in your city) – this was one of the most famous Petri advertising games in the early 2000s.
On the back side there are detailed competition rules and information about the prizes (apartments, furniture sets, etc.), and on the top there is a large excise stamp with the inscription ROS, confirming Russian production.
