„"Nairi" - classic Armenian cigarettes with filter, produced during the Soviet era and named after an ancient region of Armenia Naira – a historical name, often used as a symbol of national identity.
The package design subtly reflects Armenian culture: gold-tone ornament winged lion (or griffin) on a background of vertical lines and red title inscription "Наири / Наири"„ (in Russian and Armenian).
The manufacturer's information is indicated on one side in Cyrillic, and on the other side in Armenian script, typical of products from the Armenian SSR. The package is covered with original cellophane, the foil on top remains, but the signs of age – spots and discoloration.
This is one of the oldest tobacco products made in Armenia, even before brands appeared Erebuni whether Ararat.
Value assessment:
– Collectible value: tall - an authentic Soviet edition from the Yerevan factory, one of the most famous and recognizable symbols of Armenian tobacco.
– Rarity: quite rare, especially preserved with cellophane and inscriptions in both languages.
– Condition: good (cellophane is darkened in places, but the package is structurally sound).
