Above – “CAMEL Since 1913”, below it – a brown ribbon with the inscription “LIGHTS”, and below - “SMOOTH FLAVOR”.
The design clearly maintains RJR → JTI The stylistics of the transitional period – clean, uniform, without additional color transitions.
Lithuanian excise stamp – purple with an orange wave (2000–2004 period type).
