Description
This is a classic Newport Lights design – white background with horizontal green lines transitioning to a dark green lower part, which depicts the iconic Newport Sails logo.
Above the inscription Newport Lights, and below - Menthol 100's, indicating a longer cigarette format and a milder menthol version.
The package clearly retains the minimalist Lorillard style of the late 1980s and early 1990s, even before 2015, when the Newport brand was taken over by RJ Reynolds.
It was one of the most popular menthol cigarette brands in the United States, holding a large market share in the northeastern states.

Collectible value: Medium - a classic but fairly well-preserved model. Gaining more value due to the 100's format and the "Lights" series, which was later renamed "Newport Menthol Blue".
Condition assessment: Very good - original film, clean surface, minimal signs of aging.
