Raised above PM coat of arms with a crown, and below it a warning in Italian – “"Nuoce gravemente alla salute"” (harmful to health).
The inscription is clearly visible on the sides 100's, indicating a longer cigarette format.
On the back side - additional inscription “Extra Light” and a graphic representation of a cigarette with a multi-filter structure diagram – a detail that distinguishes this model from many other Philip Morris products.

Series Multifilter was introduced as an innovative "cleaner smoking" alternative in the Philip Morris portfolio. It was particularly popular in Italy, Spain and Greece in the 1990s and 2000s. The name "Multifilter" refers to the special multi-layer filter design, which was intended to reduce tar inhalation.
