Rules for purchasing collector packs
In order to purchase a collector's pack for their collection, the buyer agrees that the pack must be completely emptied of tobacco and other products inside. If the buyer does not agree to this condition or does not agree to the emptying of the pack, the sale cannot be made.
Delivery
If the shipment is traveling outside the European Union, please leave a message on the order page regarding any special requirements regarding customs procedures in your country.
Limitations of liability for collector cigarette packs:
Not for smoking. These packs are for collectors only!
The value of the product is in the collector's pack, not the tobacco inside it.
Even if the packet has never been opened, the tobacco inside is not intended for consumption.
Collector's packs are currently not available in stores.
The buyer must be at least 18 years old. Violators of this rule will be immediately blocked from further purchases.
Both the buyer and seller must comply with all applicable laws and shipping requirements.
NOTE: None of the products on this page contain tobacco for consumption. All packs are at least 20 years old, so smoking them would be unpleasant and may be harmful to your health.
- General provisions
1.1. These rules govern the procedure for buying and selling antique cigarette packs, coins and paper money (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") in the online store Colligatum.com.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these rules.
1.3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart, specifies delivery details, selects a payment method and clicks "Buy".
- Personal data protection
2.1. The buyer must provide accurate data: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
2.3. The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The buyer agrees to receive information messages necessary for fulfilling the order.
2.4. Data is used for marketing purposes only with the explicit consent of the Buyer.
2.5. Data is provided to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by law.
- Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order and accept the goods.
3.2. You must provide correct contact and delivery information.
3.3. If the data changes, the Buyer must inform the Seller.
3.4. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, taking into account the fact that antique goods can be one-off, collectible and with specific condition characteristics.
3.5. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with the rules and regulations.
- Seller's rights and obligations
4.1. The Seller provides conditions for proper use of Colligatum.com services.
4.2. If incorrect or misleading data is received, the Seller may cancel the order.
4.3. The Seller ensures the protection of the Buyer's privacy.
4.4. The Seller delivers the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified address.
4.5. The Seller may temporarily suspend or terminate the operation of the e-store.
4.6. The rules may be changed unilaterally.
4.7. Continued use of the website after changes constitute acceptance of them.
- Ordering, prices and payment
5.1. Orders are accepted 24/7.
5.2. Orders are placed only through Colligatum.com.
5.3. Prices are given in euros.
5.4. The buyer undertakes to pay within 2 calendar days. The goods are prepared only after receipt of payment.
5.5. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
- Delivery of goods
6.1. The buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer accepts the goods themselves. If they are delivered to the specified address, the delivery is considered to be correct.
6.3. Goods are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment.
6.4. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third parties or the Buyer.
6.5. Upon receipt of a damaged shipment or an incorrect quantity, the Buyer must inform the Seller and provide photos.
6.6. Delivery rates abroad may vary.
- Quality and specifications of goods
7.1. All goods are antique or collectible, their condition characteristics are indicated in the descriptions.
7.2. The color and condition nuances shown in the photos may vary slightly due to screen settings.
7.3. Warranties do not apply to collectible items unless otherwise stated.
- Marketing and information
8.1. Promotions and offers may be organized on the website.
8.2. The Seller may change or terminate promotions.
8.3. Notifications are sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
8.4. The Buyer sends questions via the channels provided in the "Contacts" section.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible for undelivered messages due to technical failures.
8.6. Data is processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer's consent.
- Final provisions
9.1. The Rules have been prepared in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if that fails, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
