Description:
This Soyuz Apollon Lights pack is a lighter silver version of the same series, designed to commemorate the historic 1975 Apollo-Soyuz space program. The main motif is two connected space capsules orbiting the planet on a blue background. The brand is printed in bright red and blue on the top and sides of the pack. The back has a detailed description of the USSR-USA cooperation in space, as well as an emblem with a map and a diagram of the capsules. The pack comes with the original Russian excise sticker, intact and unopened.
Value assessment:
-
Collectible value: Average. While this is an interesting and themed edition, this light version is more common than the dark (Classic) version, so the value is slightly lower.
-
Condition assessment: Unopened, in excellent condition, with authentic excise sticker.
-
Historical data and popularity:
Like the dark version, this pack represents a significant historical event – the joint space mission of the USSR and the USA. This particular version of „Lights“ was produced in Russia as a lighter flavor variant, but with the same symbolism. It is known in the collector’s community, but is more common on the Russian market.
