Description:
„Dallas Lights is a little-known but aesthetically expressive cigarette brand, the design of which is based on US cultural references. The pack is based on the national US colors – red, blue and white – and in the center is a skyscraper motif, most likely symbolizing Dallas. The inscription “Class A„ and “King Size Filter Cigarettes„ correspond to the international labeling standard of the time. Visually, the pack reflects the “American-style„ smoking experience, but is intended for the Russian domestic market, which testifies to the active adaptation of imported aesthetics to local production at that time.
Value assessment:
-
Collectible value: Medium-High – Although not an internationally known brand, this pack is interesting as a clear example of how „Western-looking“ products were created in post-Soviet Russia. It is attractive to collectors due to its uniqueness and low prevalence.
-
Condition assessment: Unopened, in perfect condition - protective film still intact, clearly legible printing elements, undamaged corners.
-
Historical data and popularity: This brand is almost unknown outside the CIS, and is therefore rarely mentioned in international forums. However, this makes it even more attractive to niche collectors looking for "forgotten" or "one-off" editions.
