This is a limited edition f6 Fine Flavor cigarette pack, released to commemorate the 10-year history of the f6 Music Award (1999–2009). The pack is decorated with colorful concert and stage graphics, and dates from 1999 to 2009 are indicated. It also contains informational text thanking all the performers and organizers. An interesting fact is that this is one of the few cigarette packs released to commemorate the anniversary of the music awards. The side of the pack has the inscription "Rauchen bitte nur Erwachsen" (Smoking only for adults), and on the front and back are warnings about the dangers of smoking in German.
