Description
„Ggoeggolsae is one of the most interesting and rare North Korean cigarette brands, distinguished by its subtle artistic design. The front of the package depicts a bright yellow bird perched on a green bamboo or reed branch - a direct match for the name (Korean: 껜꼴새 - "nightingale" or "yellow bird"). The background is light cream, minimalist, with a thin red border at the top.
The back side has the inscription "PYONGYANG, KOREA" in blue letters and the word "FILTER" in bold on a green background. The stamps and inscriptions indicate the origin of the Pyongyang Tobacco Factory. The packet is sealed with the original film with a green Korean sticker on top. Visually very clean, with a clear national identity and collector's value due to its rare origin.
