„"Jūrmala" - higher quality cigarettes, produced Riga Tobacco Factory ("Rīgas tabakas fabrika"), one of the most famous tobacco producers in the Baltic region during the USSR period. The packaging design is distinguished by its minimalist yet elegant aesthetics: the front side depicts The symbol of the resort of Jurmala – a building with waves and trees, and on top – a coat of arms-type shield with a bird. The packaging tones are soft yellow with dark green and gold lettering.
Inscription on one side „"Riga Tobacco Factory"“, in the other – „"Jurmala"“ with the text in Latvian "augstākā labuma cigaretes ar filtru" ("highest quality cigarettes with filter"). This is one of the rare cases where the package has both Cyrillic and Latin inscriptions, which gives it additional historical value.

"Jūrmala" is one of the most sought after Riga Tobacco Factory types of cigarettes, especially when the pack is cellophane-wrapped and has a clearly visible bilingual design.
