Description:
This is one of the classic Greek brands Karelia products for the local market. "Φίλτρο" (translated from Greek - "filter") denotes the traditional version of filter cigarettes. The pack has a simple but solid design - a white background, golden vertical lines, the Karelia family coat of arms at the top and Greek text in red and gold letters.
There's a big health warning on the front: „"To smoking can kill"“ ("Smoking can kill"), and on the back side - another: „"Protect the children..."“ (about the harm of passive smoking). The Greek excise mark is visible at the bottom, and above the barcode is a recycling symbol.
Value assessment:
-
Collectible value: Average. Although Karelia is a well-known brand with a long history, this pack is not limited edition or visually distinctive, but is considered a representative example of Greek cigarettes, especially among regional collections.
-
Condition assessment: Unopened, with film, original print - excellent condition.
-
Historical data and popularity: Karelia is one of the oldest and most well-known tobacco companies in Greece. This pack represents a mid-range product for the local market, but such products are becoming increasingly rare due to market changes, EU regulations and standardized warnings.
