„"Latvija" is one of the representative cigarette brands of the Latvian SSR, distinguished by its clean design and white-gold-blue color palette. This pack was considered to be of higher quality ("Augstākā labuma cigaretes ar filtru") and was intended for the domestic and tourist markets. The style of the pack is minimalistic, yet elegant - the factory logo is at the top, and the name "Latvija" is written in calligraphic style at the bottom.

Collectible value: High. Latvian SSR packages are distinguished by a good level of paper and printing quality and relative rarity compared to products from larger USSR republics. This particular issue "Latvija" is considered one of the most aesthetically pleasing in the series of white packages, and is therefore very popular among Baltic and Western collectors.
Condition assessment: Unopened, original cellophane, in excellent condition (light pressure on the corners from time).
Historical data and popularity: Production took place at the Riga Tobacco Factory, which was one of the most technologically advanced in the Baltic region. Cigarettes from this factory ("Latvija", "Rīga", "Dzintars") were considered prestigious and were often exported to other regions of the USSR.
