A minimalist and elegant design is presented on a light, almost white background, dominated by a greenish-blue color. In the upper part - L&M coat of arms with lions and a crown, marked with the inscription „Quality American Blend“. Name „L&M Lights Menthol“ placed in the center in a vertical layout, the font is refined and clear. Visible on top Estonian excise stamp, indicating local distribution in the Baltic States during the transitional period after 1990. The inscription at the bottom is in Estonian – „"Suitsetamine damage servait"“ ("Smoking is harmful to health"). The design maintains L&M's international visual identity, but with regional elements.
Value assessment:
– Collectible value: Intermediate–higher. This edition is interesting as a transitional product – the first Philip Morris products for the Baltic market after the collapse of the USSR, with Estonian excise duty and local warning. Evaluated due to limited geographical distribution.
