This is another special edition from L&M's Transglobe series, this time with the Blue Label. The design of the package depicts travel motifs, with a panorama that mentions cities Istanbul, Hong Kong, Cape Town, Machu Picchu, also visible is a bridge, mountains and a light blue palette. The package is intended for the Latvian market, as evidenced by warnings written in Latvian and an excise sticker worth 0.65 LVL. This version is rarer than the red ("Red Label") and is visually noticeably lighter.
