Value assessment

  • Collectible value: Medium–higher.
Although Marlboro is one of the most common brands in the world, regional permits, such as the Argentine, are rarer and of interest to collectors due to their local stamps and manufacturing details. This specimen is a fine example, reflecting South American manufacturing standards.

  • Condition assessment: Great – unopened, cellophane smooth, corners intact, postage stamp neat, printing bright.

  • Historical data and popularity:
„Philip Morris Argentina (Buenos Aires) has been producing local versions of Marlboro since the 1980s, adapted for the domestic market. Due to limited export, these editions considered valuable regional variants by collectors from European and Asian markets.
