„Opatija Filter is a product of the Croatian manufacturer TDR – Tvornica Duhana Rovinj, named after one of the country’s most famous resorts – Opatija. The design is distinguished by a minimalist modernist aesthetic: a white background, vertical geometric lines and colored rectangles (red, gold and gray), giving the cigarette an elegant and subtle visual balance. The logo and name Opatija Filter are presented in black font, under which the inscription “Pušenje kojima rak„ or “Pušenje šteti vašem zdravlju„, depending on the side. The side inscriptions indicate “20 Filter Cigarettes„. The excise sticker with the price “10.00 kuna„ confirms authenticity and corresponds to the price level on the Croatian tobacco market in the late 1990s.
