This is an elegant, minimalist design Penang Charcoal Filter cigarette pack, manufactured in Taiwan under license from Hinson Tobacco Co. The name Penang refers to the famous Malaysian island, and the brand itself was created for the Asian market as a light, refined taste product with charcoal filter.
The design of the package is white with a silver horizontal line and a subtle blue tint. The center depicts three palm trees on a white sandy beach, with a mountain silhouette in the distance. The sides feature warnings in Chinese characters, and the back has a clearly visible inscription “"MADE UNDER AUTHORITY OF HINSON TOBACCO COMPANY, TAIWAN ROC"”.
The package is hard, in the original film, in excellent condition - the corners are not erased, the print is clear.
