„"Rege"“ – one of the classic brands of the Hungarian tobacco industry, produced Hungarian Tobacco Company (Hungarian tobacco company) operating in Pécs. This model belongs to the early Rege series, the packaging of which is distinguished by its rich blue color, decorated with golden ornaments and elegant white lettering In Reggae in ancient font.
The denomination indicated on the front of the package „"III 77."“, marking the Hungarian price classification according to the quality and price groups of tobacco at that time. The side hexagonal sticker with the price and the small print indicate Hungarian State Tobacco Industry control marking used during the socialist period.
„Rege cigarettes were rated as higher-end product, intended for the domestic market and often associated with the Fecske and Symphonia brands as a premium alternative.
