Tekel 2001 is one of the last tobacco products released by the state-owned Turkish tobacco company Tekel before its privatization. The design features a modern yet retro style combination: stripes on a beige background, a bright red background with the white number "2001" and a subtle blue graphic accent. The bottom part indicates that the cigarettes are made using Turkish and American type tobacco. The top part of the pack features an authentic 2003 Turkish TAPDK excise sticker.
