The upper part is decorated with five vertical stripes, which reflect the propaganda style of the Polish People\u2019s Republic. At the bottom it is indicated: \u201c20 PAPIEROS\u00d3W Z FILTREM\u201d. The design is clearly ideological \u2013 symbolizing the unity of the people and class solidarity.
