A solid package featuring bright blue<\/strong> color and minimalist, modern design. In the upper part - Klaip\u0117da city coat of arms<\/strong> with a white castle tower and defensive elements on a red background, with horizontal stripes below it light blue lines<\/strong>, symbolizing the waves of the sea.
Large inscription in the central part \u201e"KLAIPEDA"\u201c<\/strong> in white letters with a dark outline that gives it expressiveness.
On the sides of the package \u2013 \u201ePhilip Morris Lithuania\u201c<\/strong> marking and the usual inscriptions of the period: "Not for sale in stores.".
Above \u2013 green Lithuanian excise stamp<\/strong>, without the indicated price, is typical of the last years of local production before accession to the EU.
The overall impression is modern, clean, with a retained regional identity. This is a newer version, released after the previous, lighter blue variant with a price of LTL 2.60.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Collectible value:<\/strong> High is late version of the Klaip\u0117da series<\/strong>, released just before the cessation of local production, making these packs increasingly rare on the collector's market. Due to its symbolism (the name of the city and the coat of arms), the pack is considered a representative object of a regional collection<\/strong>.
\u2013 Condition assessment:<\/strong> Excellent - unopened, original film, perfectly preserved excise sticker, no color fading.
\u2013 Historical data and popularity:<\/strong> This version of the "Klaip\u0117da" represents the last wave of local production in Lithuania before the entry into force of EU regulations.
