Description:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This one of the first post-communist editions<\/strong>, issued in an already independent Lithuania, even before the privatization of the tobacco industry.
The design is modernized, but maintains the traditional "Klaip\u0117da" identity: light blue\u2013dark blue color gradation<\/strong>, passing through the middle horizontal wavy lines<\/strong>, symbolizing the sea.
In the center \u2013 Klaip\u0117da city coat of arms<\/strong>, stylized in a white shield with a black border, with embossed letters at the top \u201e"RF"\u201c<\/strong> (Respublikos Fabrikas \u2013 the marking of the Klaip\u0117da tobacco factory, used during the transitional period).
The inscription "KLAIP\u0116DA" in large white letters with a black outline is typical of the early 1980s design.
On the side is an inscription: \u201e"Republic of Lithuania. Klaip\u0117da State Tobacco Factory"\u201c<\/strong>, confirming that the packet was produced before the Philip Morris takeover.
The package is original, soft type, with a top paper sticker instead of excise duty - this is one of the last packages without EU-type tax marking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Value assessment:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2013 Collectible value:<\/strong> Very high \u2013 early editions of independent Lithuania are extremely rare<\/strong>, because production volumes were low and most of the packaging was destroyed during the market restructuring.
\u2013 Condition assessment:<\/strong> Excellent - the package is not crushed, remains authentic, with paper factory seal, clean surface, minimal signs of storage.
\u2013 Historical importance:<\/strong> This symbol of transition<\/strong>, marking the transition of the Lithuanian tobacco industry from state control to private capital.
