Description:
Ardent Exclusive – an elegantly designed Indonesian cigarette pack that maintains a classic European style. The light cream background with gold and red details gives the pack a luxurious feel. At the center of the design is a red „A“ in the coat of arms, surrounded by lion figures and a crown, which evokes associations with British-style tobacco brands.
The package has a red tear-off strip and an Indonesian excise stamp, and the inscription “Filter Cigarettes” shows that these are normal (not kretek) cigarettes, which was rare in the Indonesian market – most local manufacturers produced kretek type of cigarettes.
„The Ardent brand was a smaller manufacturer's attempt to enter the middle-class segment by offering a European-style product to the local market. Due to limited distribution, this package is rarely found today, especially if it survives with the original cellophane.
