Description:
„Parisiennes Filtre is it one of the oldest French cigarette brands, originating from the production of SEITA (Service d'Exploitation Industrielle des Tabacs et Allumettes). The name "Caporal Parisiennes" means classic French style – this brand was particularly popular in France, Switzerland and was later licensed for production in Latin America, especially Argentina.
The packaging design is clearly inspired by French flag colors – the upper part is blue, the middle is white, the lower part is red. In the center – Caporal wreath logo, symbolizing tradition and prestige. Inscription Filter emphasizes that these are filtered cigarettes aimed at a more modern audience, although the brand has retained its classic identity.
Visible on the stamp Argentine National Tax Stamp (M45N / Código Nº5) shows that this officially licensed version of a French product, produced in Argentina for the local market.
Value assessment:

-
Historical significance: „"Parisiennes" is one of the oldest European tobacco brands (founded in the 19th century), and this specimen is a great example of how European tobacco culture was exported to South America.
