„Tareyton 100's Filters is one of the classic symbols of the American tobacco industry, distinguished by its minimalistic but highly recognizable design. The package composition is characterized by a dominant vertical red double stripe on a white background, which, together with the diagonally placed logo, Tareyton 100's became the brand's calling card.
The inscription at the bottom Filters and the crowned coat of arms gives the packaging an impression of solidity and quality. The top is clearly marked 20 Cigarettes, and on the side you can see the traditional warning and indication of being made in the USA.
This design was used as the visual identity for American Brands, Inc. (later American Tobacco Company), known from the famous advertising campaign with the slogan “"Us Tareyton smokers would rather fight than switch"” – one of the most recognizable US cigarette advertisements of the 20th century.

– Collectible value: high. The Tareyton series of cigarettes is highly regarded for its iconic advertising history and prominent position in the American tobacco market. The 100's version (a longer format) was produced in more limited quantities, making it rarer on the collector's market than the standard Tareyton Filter packs.
– Condition assessment: good. The package is originally sealed in cellophane, there are small stains and signs of oxidation from storage, but the structure is intact, the print is clear. The cellophane is stretched in places, but remains intact.
